Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using GXI2 or any of its services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services
GXI2 provides China–Indonesia sourcing support: supplier sourcing, factory visits, negotiation, manufacturing oversight, logistics, and related professional services. Engagements are delivered as a mix of human-led work and AI-assisted tooling; the exact scope is defined per project in writing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or a legally authorised representative of a business entity, and you must comply with the applicable laws of Indonesia and any other jurisdiction relevant to your project.
4. Accounts and communication
You are responsible for keeping project communications and any credentials you use with us confidential. Keep written records of any commitments or scope changes — informal chat messages are not a substitute for a signed statement of work.
5. Payment
All payments are processed through official invoices issued by PT Seribu Langkah Besar, via Indonesian bank transfer or another method agreed in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, a project deposit is due before we commence sourcing, and milestone payments follow the schedule in your statement of work.
GXI2 is not a manufacturer. Physical products and manufacturing services are delivered by third-party suppliers or factories in China that we vet on your behalf. Product liability for those goods sits with the manufacturer.
6. Intellectual property
All GXI2 content, branding, and marks belong to PT Seribu Langkah Besar. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
References to third-party suppliers, factories, or brands on this site are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Work product created specifically for your project — designs, specifications, negotiated contracts — belongs to you once the project is fully paid, unless your statement of work says otherwise.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Represent GXI2 as a manufacturer or factory owner.
- Use our services for illegal activity, smuggling, or customs evasion.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse this site or any tooling we give you access to.
- Share proprietary information you receive from us — including supplier identities — outside the scope of your project without written consent.
8. AI-assisted tooling
Some of our work is supported by AI tools for supplier screening, contract review, QC, and logistics. These tools are aids, not autonomous decision-makers: a GXI2 operator reviews every output before it reaches you or a counterparty. Outputs may still contain errors. You are responsible for final commercial decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
PT Seribu Langkah Besar, as the operator of GXI2, is not liable for losses arising from user misuse of the service, from actions of third-party suppliers or logistics providers, or from events reasonably outside our control (force majeure, regulatory changes, carrier failures). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding six months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, and otherwise through the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
